Welcome package
Welcoming your guests, handing over of the keys, visiting the house, giving instructions for the stay, fixture, fitting, and furnishing inventory at the beginning and at the end of the stay, repair service throughout the stay. Price per visit.
Linen package
We provide house linen, sheets + duvet cover + pillowcase (Price per bed). Bathroom linen, towels in 2 sizes + bath mats (price per person) and kitchen towels.
Cleaning package
We do the end-of-stay cleaning, package based on the surface area of the house. Price per passage.
Swimming pool package
Checking the pool water quality at each visit. Price per visit.
Garden maintenance
Mowing and maintenance. Hourly rate.
Booking service prices
Rental Management Package: 15% incl. VAT Excluding platform fees and Excluding Concierge Services
PROPERTY CARETAKING RATES
Guarding package:
During our Visiting , we carry out an interior and exterior inspection of your property according to jointly written specifications.
Actions we purpose:
- On each visit the house is open and airy.
- Inspection of mailbox and meters.
- The equipment in the house is tested to ensure that it functions properly.
- Watering plants
- Presence during delivery of wood or fuel,
- Presence during maintenance interventions (chimney sweeping, restarting the swimming pool).
- Commissioning of water, electricity and equipment meters before your arrival
You establish the list of actions to be carried out at each visit, we systematically send a report with photos. Frequency according to your request.
